Cynthia was a sought-after model when she returned to New York City from living in Europe for nearly one year. Her campaigns included Maybelline Oil of Olay, Macy's and Macy's. Cynthia had a career highlight after she was chosen over Naomi Campbell as Sandra Bernhadt's co-star in "Without You I Am Nothing".
